What is contrast therapy?
+
Contrast therapy alternates between heat exposure in our sauna and cold immersion in our cold plunge pool. This hot-cold cycling stimulates circulation, accelerates muscle recovery, reduces inflammation, and leaves you feeling energized and clear-headed.
What temperature is the cold plunge?
+
Our cold plunge pool is maintained at approximately 3–7°C for maximum recovery and circulatory benefits.
How long should I stay in the sauna and cold plunge?
+
A typical contrast therapy cycle is 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge, repeated 2–3 times. Our guided sessions walk you through the optimal timing.
Is contrast therapy safe for everyone?
+
Contrast therapy is safe for most healthy adults. We recommend consulting your doctor before participating if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or have been advised to avoid temperature extremes.
What is the difference between Guided and Open Flow sessions?
+
Guided sessions are led by an instructor who takes you through breathwork and timed heat/cold cycles. Open Flow sessions let you move freely through the space at your own pace, with on-floor staff available for support.
